The Euro was a long-time dream of some people, however it is not so much popular, about 50% of the population are against euro (based on some reports).
For me, I don't think Euro is that much important, and probably won't make any difference. It will be easier for the tourists to visit this place, but I don't see any other benefits from it.
In any case I have decided to make a few sample photos of the new Euro coins.
