Weapon effects added and look pretty good

Well I didn't think, that it would take that much time ,just to add simple bullet trails, well still I am happy that it is ready and I can show you the result. It looks pretty good, still it could and will look better . The good part that it is pretty flexible, I just create effect save it to the file, then load it and bullet uses it , this is the exact way I wanted it to be. Still I haven't implemented save/load routines + debug options , well it is task for next version.

Also I managed to get pretty interesting results during the early stages of weapon effects development. I can even show some examples :
